Real Estate Scholarships

 

The CSUF Real Estate & Land Use Institute in partnership with the CSU Real Estate Scholarship & Internship Grant Program is proud to offer: Nine $1,000 Scholarships in the Fall Semester, 2009.

 

Eligibility:

 

The following students will be given priority in granting the scholarships: (1) students demonstrating financial need; (2) students who entered the university via exceptional admissions; (3) students who received their pre-college education in schools located in urban, inner-city areas; (4) students who did not take a full array of college preparatory courses due to need to take bilingual or English as a second language work; (5) students who come from families where neither parent has earned a bachelor’s degree, or (6) some combination of any of the above.

 

Other Criteria:

 

In addition, eligible students should have the following qualifications:

 

q  Considering a career in Real Estate

q  Declared major in Finance and/or Real Estate

q  Senior or Graduate status

q  Currently enrolled in at least two real estate courses offered by the Department of Finance  

q  Enrolled at least part-time (a minimum of 6 units)

q  Minimum cumulative CSUF grade point average of 2.5 for undergraduates and 3.0 for graduate students)

In order to submit and edit scholarship applications, you must register a username/password at:  https://www.relui.csus.edu/RESIG/login.asp. Once you have been registered as a user, you will immediately be able to enter application information. You must have your applications completed by October 2, 2009.
